Fermented in egg-shaped concrete vats and large wooden casks before aging for 18 to 24 months in new French oak barriques, this white wine seamlessly blends crisp Istrian minerality with rich structure and refined complexity. Pouring a vibrant golden yellow, it invites you in with an intense bouquet of ripe pineapple, mango, green apple, warm vanilla, and subtle notes of honey and toasted nuts. On the palate, this medium-bodied Chardonnay delivers a lush, buttery texture layered with poached pear, baked apple, and delicate baking spices, all settling into a remarkably long, elegant finish.
