SHARP Pram Shelter for Parks, Playgrounds and Outdoor Property Areas The SHARP pram shelter is a modern, clean-lined shelter solution for the safe storage and protection of prams in outdoor areas. The shelter is ideal for parks, playgrounds, daycare and school yards, shared outdoor areas in housing associations, sports facilities and other public or semi-public environments where a clear, sheltered and easily accessible storage space for prams is needed. The shelter protects prams from rain, snow and direct sunlight, while helping to keep outdoor areas tidy and organised. The SHARP pram shelter is a practical solution for locations where everyday life for families needs to be made easier by providing a safer place for temporary pram storage, for example in playgrounds or outdoor recreational areas. Safe Locking Option Along the Full Length of the Shelter Inside the SHARP pram shelter, a locking tube runs along the full length of the shelter, allowing prams to be secured with the user’s own lock. This makes pram storage more organised and convenient, especially in busy public environments. For added security, the shelter is available with hinged doors with metal mesh. Each module has its own door, and different locking options are available for the doors according to the needs of the location. Designed for Demanding Weather Conditions The SHARP pram shelter is designed for locations where exceptional durability is required. The structure is dimensioned for a snow load of up to 500 kg and a wind load of 32 m/s, making it an excellent solution for open, windy and weather-exposed areas. Its robust construction and carefully designed details support safe, long-lasting use in Nordic conditions. The shelter is CE marked. Responsible and Durable Aluminium Structure The clean-lined and robust frame is made from environmentally responsible HYDRO Circal or HYDRO Recycled 4.0 aluminium, both of which contain a high proportion of recycled aluminium. The material offers excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. The powder-coated finish can be produced in almost any RAL colour, allowing the pram shelter to be seamlessly integrated into the surrounding architecture, courtyard area or park environment. Modular Pram Shelter for Different Locations The SHARP pram shelter is 3 m long and is built from 1465 mm modules, allowing the overall solution to be designed according to the available space, intended use and required capacity. One module accommodates approximately two prams. The modular structure enables both smaller pram storage points and larger shelter solutions for busy playgrounds, daycare yards or shared outdoor areas in housing associations. Available accessories include sliding doors with metal mesh and locking options, green roof, meadow roof, wall elements with heat-treated wood panelling, and a prefabricated concrete slab. The sliding doors with metal mesh increase security while maintaining the shelter’s light and airy appearance. The green and meadow roof options give the shelter a natural look and support a more pleasant environment. The heat-treated wood-panelled wall elements provide visual screening and add a warm, natural appearance to the overall solution. The prefabricated concrete slab makes installation easier and completes the foundation solution. Delivery Options The shelter can be delivered in several ways according to the needs of the project: Delivered in parts The shelter is delivered to the site for assembly. The roof structure is delivered as a pre-assembled unit, and any preparations are carried out according to the delivery contents. Delivered fully assembled and installed on a concrete foundation The shelter can be delivered fully ready for installation on a prefabricated concrete slab.
