Across the workshop, you’ll cover a range of techniques including lifts, takedowns, strikes, locks and holds, rolling and plenty more, building skills progressively throughout the two days. You’ll then explore how to adapt these martial techniques for fighting on screen and stage – a must for any fight performer!
