Emeritus Pinot Noir

Emeritus built its name on one grape, done right: Pinot Noir grown on dry-farmed estate vineyards in Sebastopol's Russian River Valley, where cool fog and no irrigation push the vines to work harder for smaller, more concentrated fruit. Native-yeast fermentation gives this bottling its signature lift — bright red cherry and strawberry up front, a thread of earthy spice underneath. Pour it slightly cool alongside roast duck, mushroom risotto, or a simple grilled salmon.
