Back then, “Floor Sweeper” was whatever was left on the table at the end of a long roasting day. Now, it’s a deliberate, evolving snapshot of everything we’ve been working with lately. Flavor Notes Expect deep cocoa richness backed by warm vanilla and dried fruit. Depending on the roast, it can lean lighter and more fruit-forward, or darker with hints of rum cake, nuts, and spice. There’s still that rustic backbone that made the original famous — but this one’s no accident. It’s the sum of everything we’ve learned.
