Clover honey is derived from the nectar of clover plants that grows widely in the farmlands and meadows of New Zealand. Our Garston clover Honey is from the Garston Valley. It is a raw, unpasteurised honey with a delicate sweet flavour and smooth in texture. This honey is very versatile, suitable for spreading on toast, or using as a sweeter in drinks. The honey that started our love affair with bees.
