Sausalito Cane Bed

The Sausalito Cane Bed is designed around the movements that happen at the edge of sleep. Pull-and-roll grips on both sides support the turn from lying down onto the side. Integrated armrests provide a natural place for the hand during the move to sitting or standing. A 19-inch-high perch at the foot of the bed creates a comfortable place to dress, pause, or prepare to rise, with open bookshelf storage directly below. The woven cane headboard gives the bed a lighter visual presence while the kiln-dried meranti frame provides strength and warmth. A slat-roll system supports the mattress without a box spring or foundation and accommodates frame-friendly adjustable bases. Rest, turn, sit, stand. Each movement has been considered.
