This C50 bundle is best suited to smaller coffee setups, offices, light commercial use and lower-volume machines. For busier cafés or higher daily water usage, the C150, C300 or larger systems will usually be more suitable. The included 30% fixed bypass head allows part of the water to bypass the hardness-reduction stage, helping retain some mineral content while still reducing scale-forming hardness. This balance is particularly useful for coffee, where water affects taste, aroma and extraction consistency.
