🌼 Hi, I’m Daisy, a happy, playful girlie! I made the journey all the way from Louisiana, where I was found as a stray, to Illinois in search of one very important thing: my forever family! 🏡❤️ I’m currently living with my foster family and learning all about this wonderful thing called being a house dog. And apparently, I’m pretty good at it! ⭐ I’m potty trained, I’ve mastered the doggie door, and I can even sit and wait for my food bowl. Do you have any idea how difficult that last one is for a nice girl like me?! 🍽️😂 🎾 Playtime is my specialty. I love toys and balls, and I’m learning that when someone says “go get the ball,” I’m actually supposed to bring it back. Humans have a lot of rules for something as simple as a ball. I’m also a social butterfly. 🦋 I love other dogs and every human friend I’ve met. My greetings sometimes involve a combination of leaps, wiggles, tail wags, and general celebration. What can I say? I’m REALLY happy to see you! My foster mom says a little more training will help me contain all that joy inside my little-pound body. I’m working on it. 😇 🐾 I walk great on a leash and love exploring all the interesting smells along the way. At home, I sleep through the night, and I’m a pretty respectful houseguest. I might occasionally relocate a shoe because clearly humans leave them lying around for decorative purposes, but I don’t destroy things. Most of all, I’m just a bright, sweet, happy girl who’s ready to belong to someone. I’ve traveled a long way to find my family, and I have a feeling they’re out there somewhere. Give me a home, some love, a ball or twelve, and maybe a little water to splash around in 💦, and I promise to give you more smiles, laughs, wiggles, and love than you know what to do with. Love, Daisy 🌼🐾❤️ Age: 9 months Gender: Female Color: Black Weight: 55 pounds Dogs: Yes Cats: No Children: Yes Crate: Working on it Energy: Puppy
