Noah Kahan "Orbiter" Embroidery
“I’m an astronaut, you’re the moon.” Is it romantic? Or is it tragic? These lyrics from Noah Kahan’s song Orbiter have been interpreted in many ways, including being used for a viral social media trend where couples share touching photos of themselves deep in love. But for many fans, they see a deeper sadness behind the lyrics. In this workshop, you get to embroider that heartfelt line on pre-printed fabric designed by our founder and CEO (Chief Emotions Officer) Brittany. We will spend a significant amount of time over-analyzing the lyrics. Then Brittany herself will grace us with a tirade about why this is actually the saddest song ever. Do you have strong feelings about Noah Kahan or his heart-wrenching lyrical writing?? Then this is the workshop for you. No prior embroidery skill is required and beginners are encouraged to join! We will provide hands-on instruction and guidance for stitching techniques. We will also provide tissues for all the tears and trauma bonding, obviously.
