Sales & Purchasing Coordinator

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a Sales & Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's supply chain and working closely with our Sales Engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Prepare customer quotations Process customer orders in the ERP system Issue purchase orders to suppliers Coordinate import and export shipments Prepare customer invoices and delivery notes Support the end-to-end supply chain process in collaboration with the Sales Engineering team Requirements Bachelor's degree – required English – required Experience with Priority ERP – a significant advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively in a team environment To apply, please send your CV to: jobs@medital.co.il
