MM-6

The Kali Audio MM-6 is a self-powered multimedia speaker that brings the accuracy and clarity of Kali’s studio-monitor designs into a home-friendly system. Acoustically identical to the LP-6 studio monitor, it pairs a 6.5-inch woofer with a 1-inch textile-dome tweeter and 80 watts of continuous bi-amplified Class D power. Its 3-D Imaging Waveguide is designed to create a wide, detailed stereo soundstage, while the front-mounted low-noise port supports extended bass response and makes placement near walls more practical. Flexible connections make the MM-6 suitable for music, television, movies, and gaming. Optical, S/PDIF, RCA, and balanced XLR inputs accommodate both consumer and professional audio sources, and two MM-6 speakers can be linked by XLR for stereo playback from a single stereo input. A supplied remote controls volume and mute when using the digital inputs. For larger home theater or immersive systems, individual MM-6 speakers can also be connected to compatible A/V equipment with preamp outputs. Built-in DSP manages the speaker's tuning, crossover, limiter, and placement adjustments. Boundary compensation settings let you tailor the sound for stands, desks, media consoles, bookshelves, and positions close to a wall, while separate bass and treble trims provide additional adjustment. With a frequency range of 47 Hz to 21 kHz at ±3 dB and a recommended listening distance of 0.5 to 2.5 meters, the MM-6 combines studio-derived sound with controls and connectivity designed for everyday home listening.
