The wine presents a light gold colour, a delicate bouquet of yellow plums nectarine, pear drops, gooseberry, honeysuckle and ripe figs and hints of vanilla and spice. Rich but balanced, soft and very approachable. A lovely creamy palate is developing with salinity and a long, luscious finish. Pair with simply flavoured, simply prepared foods, such as baked fish or poultry with butter and herbs. Dishes that have a silky texture, such as risottos and cream-enhanced soups, sauces and pastas.
