This certified organic, native yeast fermented, hand harvested Portuguese bottling from the Douro Valley was fermented in traditional open-top cement lagares, the old-school way. Super fresh, pure and floral, this is made of 80% Tinta Barroca, with the remainder being a blend of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Cao and Sousao. Teeming with zesty blackberry fruit and chalky minerals, this is juicy and precise on the palate with great acidic verve.
