Skein Sack – Belgian Linen | Micro-Batch

A little something special from the cutting room. While producing our Belgian linen pottery aprons, we set aside the smaller pieces of fabric that remained after cutting. Rather than let this beautiful material go to waste, we found just enough to make a very limited run of our No.13 Skein Sacks. Woven in Belgium by Libeco, a mill renowned for its exceptional linen textiles, this fabric has a beautiful natural texture and a character all its own. Durable, breathable, and designed to soften with use, linen is a particularly lovely material for a bag intended to accompany your everyday making. Each Skein Sack is cut and sewn in our Omaha studio, giving new purpose to material that might otherwise have gone unused.
