Warm, sweet and spicy.Chamomile Flowers2 oz of organic or wildcrafted chamomile flowers (manzanilla, Matricaria recutita), dried whole, from Egypt. Soft and apple sweet.Dandelion Root4 oz of organic or wildcrafted dandelion root (diente de león, Taraxacum officinale), cut and sifted, from Poland. Earthy and properly bitter, closer to coffee than to a fruit tea. Simmer it, do not steep it.Cuachalalate Bark4 oz of organic or wildcrafted cuachalalate bark (Amphipterygium adstringens) from Mexico. Mild and lightly woody.
