The exact data screens, notification support and brightness should be confirmed with a firmware demo. Health and activity insights Follow manufacturer-listed heart rate, HRV, sleep, temperature, SpO₂ and steps. The manufacturer also lists multisport modes and GPS use through a mobile app, not a proven stand-alone GPS receiver within the ring.
