Nematanthus Aurora Gold

Nematanthus Aurora Gold, botanically known as Nematanthus gregarius ‘Aurora Gold’, is a bright, colourful Goldfish Plant cultivar prized for its luminous foliage and trailing tropical habit. Its glossy, pointed leaves are washed in brilliant golden yellow to chartreuse, with irregular green markings running through the centre of each leaf. Fine reddish edging may appear along the margins, adding even more contrast to the warm toned foliage. Like other Goldfish Plants, Nematanthus Aurora Gold develops branching stems that become increasingly trailing as they grow, making it especially attractive in hanging baskets and elevated planters. Mature plants can also produce the characteristic orange, tubular “goldfish” flowers, which stand out beautifully against the glowing yellow green leaves.
