ORCIVAL Founded in 1939, ORCIVAL was named by founder Charles Burt after a small village of the same name in France’s Auvergne region. A heritage marinewear brand, ORCIVAL supplied striped T-shirts as uniforms for the French Navy during the 1950s and 1960s.
