How do I send my logo file? Simply upload your logo at checkout — drag and drop or browse your files. We accept PNG and JPEG formats. Our team will review your artwork and confirm before printing. My logo has a dark background — will it print? Yes, we can work with dark backgrounds. For best results, email us your logo before ordering and we can advise on how it will look on the edible disc. Can I preview the design before printing? For bulk orders of 100+ cupcakes, we can prepare a print sample for your approval. Give us a call to arrange this. What if I need to make a change after ordering? Please let us know at least 2 days in advance. As long as your logo has not yet been printed, we can make changes — note that a change request fee may apply. What is the minimum order quantity? Just 6 cupcakes.
