Casal Mendes Vinho Verde 750ml

The Casal Mendes Vinho Verde Story Grapes are harvested from two specially selected vineyard plots within Portugal’s renowned Vinho Verde DOC. The fruit is taken directly to a pneumatic press, after which the clear must is fermented at a cool 16°C for seven days in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to retain natural carbon dioxide and aromatic lift. Delicate aromas of lime, lemon peel, and white blossom lead into a soft, rounded palate with a signature gentle spritz. Juicy green apple and light tropical fruit notes are balanced by mouthwatering acidity on an energetic, crisp finish.
