Heartleaf Birch Hat Workshop

Its the time of year things start to cool down and we reach for a cozy accessory and of course we start to think about gift giving. The Heartleaf Birch hat is the perfect way to welcome the cooler days. Aimed at the advanced beginner with a few skills under their belt this beautiful project will keep you interested and engaged, whilst working up quickly. Please read all details Homework. Prior to class please cast on and do the ribbing section of the hat, you can choose to either a folded or non folded brim. If you need help with this please drop in for a help table session Tuesday, Wednesday Friday or Saturday 11am-1pm and we will be happy to help Thursday October 1st and Thursday October 8th 5.30pm-7pm Skills needed. Cast on, knit, purl, increase and decrease in pattern. You should also have done cables before. The pattern has both written and charted instructions, to make things a little easier Materials needed. Knitting needles to work in the round, either DPNS, 16" circular and DPNS or 32" circular for magic loop. You will need them in sizes #4 and #6 Basic tool kit, this should include:- tape measure, scissors, tapestry needle, stitch markers both removable and fixed and cable needle Each student must have their own copy of the pattern you can find it here Your workshop includes 3 hours of instruction Cancellation Policy More than 30 days prior to workshop 100% refund 30-10 days prior to start of workshop 50% refund Less than 10 days and no refund can be offered We understand that life sometimes gets in the way, and you may miss a workshop session.
