British Bonito Fillets
Alongside their larger cousins, the Bluefin Tuna, Bonito have been popping up across the UK in the last few years. Now landed by the Welsh Rod and Liners off Tenby as well as static netters landing into Brixham, they're between a tuna and a mackerel in terms of taste and texture. Each one carved off a 2kg+ fish, you'll receive a 12 hour dry aged fillet. Cut into steaks at home or ceviche with lime.
