Taluang Cocoa 68% Dark Chocolate

We craft this 68% dark chocolate with cacao from Taluang Cocoa in Nakhon Si Thammarat, southern Thailand, celebrating a farm and family we have worked with for years. Taluang Cocoa received a Gold Award in the 2025 edition of Cacao of Excellence. This bar brings their cacao to you in a smooth, mellow dark chocolate, handcrafted in Chiang Mai. Tasting notes Nuts, wood, cinnamon, roasted coconut and caramelized fruit, with gentle acidity and soft bitterness. Bar details 68% dark chocolate. Net weight: 70 g. Ingredients and allergens Ingredients: cacao nibs (60%), sugar (32%), cacao butter (8%). Allergen information: may contain traces of milk and nuts. Behind the beans Puangrat and her brother Pathom developed the cacao grown at their family farm and co-op in Nakhon Si Thammarat. We use a lower roasting temperature and a longer stone-grinding process to preserve its delicate character. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
