Sugar Skulls Day of The Dead Pennant Banner

This pennant banner features a sugar skulls pattern alternating with solid black flags. There are generous loops for hanging from hooks, knobs, or to use push pins as we have in our photos. The banner has 5 flags that make a colorful statement. Fabric: 100% Cotton. Size: Flags are 7" x 8". Banner is 38" long with 2 1/2" loops on each end.
