Cambis Barroco Cinsault (France)

Light, floral, and deceptively complex. We'd easily mistake this for a top Burgundy Pinot Noir in a blind tasting! Expect black fruits, liquorice and a touch of fresh herbs. From a variety typically reserved for Rosé production, Martin Perolari has succeeded on his leap of faith to make a top quality Red Cinsault. Full of life and flavour whilst still keeping composed and refinded. This wine is great with charcuterie or a classic French pissaladière (sweet onions, anchovies & olives). Vintages may vary.
