Tyne II showcases John Lobb's ability to combine English traditional shoemaking with the daily needs of contemporary men: an elegant and versatile shoe with a rounded toe last, that requires high levels of craftsmanship to manufacture. Gentle Calf is a supple leather that offers great colour depth and a subtle waxy touch. The unlined construction of the upper will act as a second skin for a perfect fit over time. The Wheeling flexi sole was imagined as an elevated, very flexible and durable rubber sole, thanks to its hand-finished leather heel and repairable Blake construction. Its underside design is inspired by the handmade wheeling patterns found on classic leather soles and allows for good grip and year-round wearability.
