Maalai

A brass coffee filter inspired by the warmth of a South Indian evening. Maalai brings together the familiar ritual of filter coffee with the colours, motifs and little details that remind us of home. Its warm brass body is finished with a playful pattern of flowers, sunbursts and everyday symbols, bringing a sense of the South to a much-loved evening ritual. Designed to sit beautifully on your kitchen counter and made for your everyday cup of kaapi, Maalai is a little piece of the familiar, with a story of its own.
