Scalp Activating Lotion Hold is a daily leave-on scalp care product developed for thinning or fine hair. It uses the same base formula and the same 1.5% Kopexil concentration as the no-hold Scalp Activating Lotion, with PVP added for light root hold and volume once dry. The formula is water-based and alcohol free, developed for regular leave-on use on the scalp. Especially suited to shorter or fine hair, where extra root hold is desired.
