The Vortex Sport Riflescope Rings 30mm Extra High are a pair of lockdown-style rings machined from 6061 aluminum with a Type 2 low-glare matte black anodized finish, built to mount 30mm-tube riflescopes onto Picatinny or Weaver rails. Each ring carries an integrated recoil lug to help resist shift under recoil, and the rings feature laser-engraved torque specs for correct installation using Torx T-25 hardware on both the base and cap screws, with base screws torqued to 30 in-lbs and cap screws to 15-18 in-lbs.This Extra High version sets the center scope height at 1.50 inches, giving added clearance for larger objective lenses or bulkier optic bodies. Each ring weighs 2.12 oz, for a pair weight of 4.24 oz.
