My hope is that these pages help you learn something new to share with friends and family! Weekly Spreads These include illustrations from the monthly goddess for you to color in during those very boring meetings, plus Focus, To-Do, Habits, and Mood sections. Focus: Set a weekly intention or reminder. To-Do: Use it for daily, weekly, or spontaneous tasks. Habits: Track things like exercise or reading by marking off days. Mood: Log your feelings daily to reflect on emotional patterns. Monthly Reflections Each month ends with a page of gentle prompts to help you pause and reflect. There are no right or wrong answers, just space for you. Women in History Pages You’ll also find pages about various real women from history, with brief historical context and their stories. Menstrual Cycle Tracker By popular demand, we’ve included a period tracker so you can keep everything in one place.
