Rocket Espresso x Audi Bicocca Espresso Machine

The Rocket Espresso x Audi Bicocca Espresso Machine pairs the Bicocca's consistent, high-quality espresso with a body designed alongside the Audi Design Team and Milan studio Valerio Cometti + V12Design. Inspired by the Audi TT, the machine uses clean surfaces, precisely defined radii and a solid, monolithic housing, with side panels that rise toward the back to frame the cup tray and circular aluminum feet that lift it off the counter. Gloss-black knobs and portafilter handles add contrast, and each machine is built by hand in Milan. Underneath, it's the same large-format machine, purpose-built for shot-to-shot repeatability. The dedicated brew boiler, steam boiler and group heater are all individually PID-controlled, keeping temperatures the same along the entire brew path. Similarly, shot programming offers timed pre-infusion and volumetric infusion steps, helping to keep your espresso the same from first pull to last. You control both temperature and volume through a 3.5-inch touchscreen built into the top of the group, which also gives access to auto-on scheduling, cleaning cycles, shot counters and other settings. The Bicocca's production-focused design also means it comes ready to plumb and easy to service, with accessible hose connections, drains and modular components.
