The textures are consistently creamy and full, the flavors complex and sweet. This year’s lot, made up of natural catuai cherries, is their best yet. These coffees arrive to us in small 35 kilo bags, indicative of the lot size and exclusivity of this particular coffee. We roast this coffee carefully in hopes of drawing out the intricate aromas and flavors immersed in this coffee, the lightly fruited characteristics as well as the delicate, complex floral qualities. When approaching this coffee, have an open mind to new tastes and aromas that you haven’t encountered before with a coffee from Guatemala.
