Sterling Silver Seafoam Turquoise and Neon Kyanite Earrings

There is something about Seafoam Turquoise and bright, almost neon Kyanite that feels completely unexpected—and somehow absolutely perfect together. These beautiful natural Seafoam Turquoise stones have all the character I love in turquoise. Their soft blue-green coloring is filled with natural variation and an organic quality that makes each stone completely individual. Rather than competing with that beauty, I wanted the rest of the design to feel open and airy, allowing the turquoise to really stand on its own. Below, long hand-formed sterling silver hoops create an elongated silhouette and just the right amount of movement. At the very bottom sits the surprise: incredible rose-cut Kyanite in the most electric shade of blue. The color is almost impossible to describe. It is bright, vivid, and wonderfully unexpected against the softer tones of the Seafoam Turquoise. The rose-cut facets catch the light with every movement, creating little flashes of brilliant blue that make these earrings especially beautiful when worn. I love the contrast between the two stones—the earthy, organic character of the turquoise paired with something so vibrant and sparkling. A little wild, a little elegant, and definitely not afraid of color. Every sterling silver element has been formed and finished by hand in my studio, with the design created around these individual stones rather than the other way around. Their natural variations are part of what makes this pair impossible to recreate.
