The FiiO JadeAudio JT9 brings the speed, detail and spacious presentation of planar magnetic technology into a lightweight, easy-to-drive headphone designed for everyday listening. With a large 95 × 86 mm planar magnetic driver and open-back construction, JT9 delivers an expansive, detailed and natural listening experience without demanding a powerful desktop amplifier. The proprietary planar magnetic driver combines a 1 μm ultra-thin diaphragm with FiiO's sapphire and aluminum dual-coating technology. The result is fast transient response, controlled bass and excellent detail retrieval, while the large driver helps provide strong dynamics and an expansive sense of space. Natural, Musical Sound JT9 is tuned for a balanced and engaging presentation, with deep bass extension, rich mids and detailed treble. The redesigned earcup acoustic structure helps reduce the typical "in-head" vocal effect while expanding the vertical soundstage for a more natural presentation. Easy to Drive Unlike many planar headphones, JT9 is designed to work comfortably with portable sources. With 20 Ω impedance and 95 dB/mW sensitivity, it can be driven from a portable DAC/amp dongle, DAP or other capable source, while still benefiting from higher-quality amplification. Lightweight and Foldable At approximately 365 g without the cable, JT9 is designed to be lighter and easier to live with than many full-size planar headphones. The multi-axis adjustable headband and ergonomic earcups help distribute pressure comfortably, while the foldable design makes storage and transport simple. 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm Cables Included JT9 comes ready for both standard and balanced setups. The package includes a 3.5 mm single-ended cable and 4.4 mm balanced cable, plus a 6.35 mm adapter, giving you flexibility across portable players, DACs and desktop systems.
