This small portrait format (165 × 250 mm) stacks your street name over two lines beneath the number, so a full address still reads cleanly in very little width. A brushed metallic face The face is a UV-stable, exterior-grade acrylic with a genuine brushed metallic surface. The texture runs through the material, so it catches the light the way brushed metal does instead of sitting flat like a printed or vinyl sign. Your numbers and street name are cut from that face on our own laser — not printed on it, not stuck to it. The result is real depth and a crisp, high-contrast read at any hour. No — it's an acrylic with a brushed metallic finish. You get the look of brushed metal in a material that's lighter, easier to mount and made to order in any layout you like. If you want genuine metal, our 316 stainless range is laser etched from real marine-grade steel. Will my street name fit on two lines? Up to 17 letters including spaces on each line, so most addresses break naturally across the two. If you want the same layout with more presence, our medium portrait steps up to 200 × 300 mm. Will the colour look the same in real life? Brushed finishes pick up their surroundings, so no screen quite captures them. Use the preview for layout and spacing rather than as an exact colour match. Can I order without a backing plate? Yes — choose No Base and you'll get the cut characters only, with a stencil to place them. Do you check the design before cutting? Every one. Balance, spacing and accuracy are reviewed by hand.
