Thirty-eight handmade clear glass rods hang in three cascading tiers from a slim metal frame, finished in warm Gold or cool Nickel. Behind the glass, five E12 or E14 bulbs glow together. Their light travels down every rod, so the whole fixture shimmers softly instead of shining straight into your eyes. Switched off, it still reads as a sculptural piece of glass and metal on the wall. We wanted that feeling at home, every night. So we built it in three tiers. Handmade glass rods, each tier a little wider than the one above, hang from a clean metal frame. When the five lights turn on, the rods catch the glow and pass it along, filling the wall with gentle sparkle. By day it is a quiet sculpture of glass and metal.
