Cubist-inspired stone sculpture by Robert Neuhauser from Switzerland

1980s / Switzerland Size W370 D330 H430 mm An abstract stone sculpture by Swiss artist Robert Neuhauser. Defined by its interlocking geometric volumes and simplified, almost figurative composition, the sculpture evokes an abstract human figure. The work reflects an exploration of form and balance. The softly carved edges contrast with the rough, porous texture of the stone, giving the sculpture a tactile quality. Its compact proportions and subtle interplay of shapes invite closer observation from different angles.
