We’ll turn your photos into an embroidery-ready portrait and send you the design for approval before we start stitching. You can request changes at this stage. If you’d like your pet’s name embroidered underneath the portrait, just let us know in your email or order notes. Ordering more than one? If you’d like multiple bags with the same portrait, additional bags are available at a lower price because your pet’s design has already been prepared for embroidery. Just send us an email and we’ll arrange it with you. Production Each bag is personalised and made to order. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production.
