The SIRUBA RLK1 is Siruba's Tubular Extending Roller set for the 700KS and 700KST cylinder bed overlock machines. It is a roller kit that mounts in front of and below the cylinder arm: as a tubular knit piece is sewn around the arm, the rollers hold it extended forward and to the sides, so a neckband or waistband advances evenly instead of bunching or twisting. RLK1 is the base version of the family, designed for the standard closed table (RLK2 and RLK3 are the open-table versions; RLK3P adds pneumatic three-point stretching). It is part of Siruba's RSK circular collar and waistband attaching system: with the roller set doing the stretching, the operator can concentrate on guiding the fabric edge into the needles.
