Whole beef tenderloins, approximately 5 lbs each, from Silver Fern Farms Angus, grass-fed and pasture-raised in New Zealand.

• The tenderloin is exceptionally tender because the muscle is used very little.
• Silver Fern Farms Angus beef is 100% grass-fed and never grain-finished.
• Cattle are pasture-raised year-round with free access to shelter.
