Shelf Life & Storage Our biscuits contain no gelatine or preservatives unless otherwise stated. They will keep fresh for up to 7 days from delivery when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Their longer shelf life makes them particularly well-suited to gifting and PR mailers where timing flexibility is important. Returns All biscuits are freshly baked to order and cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the product. Any concerns must be raised at the point of delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported after delivery. Where a refund is applicable, the full item must be returned as required by law.
