Come and join us for an evening of great food and wine in our cellar tasting room. The evening will kick off at 7:30pm and with canapé and aperitif, before we adjourn downstairs for a three course dinner with accompanying wine flight expertly selected by myself. Canape: Whipped Ricotta & Lemon A delicate, buttery tartlet filled with citrus-infused ricotta, finished with a single, crisp pea shoot. paired with NV Crémant de Bourgogne --- Starter: Burrata & Heritage Tomatoes Creamy Burrata paired with "White Beauty" and yellow tomatoes to maintain a pale aesthetic, finished with a clarified transparent tomato essence. paired with 2025 Two Rivers Convergence Sauvignon Blanc --- Main: Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder & Sage Gnocchi Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder, served alongside handmade potato gnocchi, roasted Jersey Royals, and broad beans in a sage butter emulsion. paired with 2021 Vignamaggio Terre di Prenzano Chianti Classico -- Dessert: Dark Chocolate Cremeaux A rich, velvety chocolate cremeaux accompanied by macerated summer fruits and crisp meringue shards. paired with 2020 Pocas LBV Port We can accommodate any dietary requirements with prior notice.
