Water Pan (Humidity Drip Pan)

The Water Pan or Humidity Drip Pan is a stainless steel water pan designed to fit the Pro Classic 100 S home smoker. Place it in the smoker chamber filled with water to add and maintain humidity throughout the cook - particularly important for long, low-and-slow smokes like brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and jerky, where ambient moisture keeps meat from drying out and helps the bark develop properly. Pan measures 15" x 10" x 2"
