The stone itself carries fascinating circular patterns and earthy green tones that remind me of moss-covered forests, ancient riverbeds, and landscapes shaped slowly over time. I kept the design intentionally minimalist so that the stone remains the true centerpiece. Bloodstone is a variety of chalcedony composed primarily of silicon dioxide, often colored green by minerals such as chlorite and marked with contrasting inclusions of iron oxides. Orbicular bloodstone is especially prized for its distinctive circular formations, which give each piece a unique appearance. Traditionally, bloodstone has been associated with courage, resilience, grounding, and protection.
