RUN THE RACE – CHRISTIAN FIELD DAY 1 Corinthians 9:24 “Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it.” 📅 June 27th | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM 📍 Location sent after registration 🕧 Players arrive by 12:30 PM for check-in & team assignments 🎟️ FREE ENTRY Join us for an exciting outdoor Christian field day filled with team games, fellowship, competition, music, water activities, and family fun! This is a fundraising event for a church home. IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO All players must register for a free General Admission ticket. Signing up for a free ticket helps us: Keep track of capacity Organize balanced teams Prepare games fairly and efficiently There is a maximum event capacity. If you arrive without registering, you may risk not being able to participate due to team organization and space limitations. ⏳ Registration closes June 25th After registering, participants will receive the registration form and liability waiver by email using the email address provided during checkout. These forms must be completed before arrival. Please be honest about your physical condition. If you become overheated, dizzy, or lightheaded during activities, we may temporarily pull you from games for your safety and to help keep teams even. GAMES & ACTIVITIES We will have games like: Kickball Relay Races Potato Sack Races Flag Football Tug-of-War Water Games Team Challenges And so much more! WHAT PLAYERS SHOULD BRING Clothes & shoes you don’t mind getting wet or dirty Change of clothes & towel Sunscreen Hat or sunglasses Water bottle (recommended) SPECTATORS SHOULD BRING Lawn chairs or blankets Portable fan or cooling items Umbrellas or shade items if desired EVENT GUIDELINES Please dress modestly and appropriately for a Christ-centered event Be respectful to volunteers, referees, and other teams Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from games Arrive early so games can begin on time DONATIONS This event is helping raise funds for a church home.
