Luxurious and highly unusual dress socks, with a show stopping effect, resembling a foil balloon. Made with fine silk yarn that has been laminated with a foil polyamide blend that gives the socks a crazy unique sheen. When the socks are first worn the ribs pull apart making the foil softer and slinkier. After multiple washes the metallic effect tends to lighten allowing the brilliance of the silk below to emerge. Extraordinarily insulting, warm in the Winter, cool in the Summer! For best results wash cold inside out in a lingerie bag or hand wash inside out. Lay flat to dry.
