Vintage Teal Skirt from the 1970s/80s

Here is an amazing skirt from the 1970s/80s. 50/50 poly and cotton blend, and made in the USA. Deep teal fabric with elastic waist, built in belt with silver rings, and a buttoned pocket on each hip. This one is medium weight, slightly sheer, soft and comfy. It's in excellent condition with years of life left! The tag says Missy Size 18, but here are the measurements taken laying flat: Waist: 13" (elastic here stretches to about 18") Hips: 26" Length: 25"
