Oahu Newborn Baby Classes (May '26)

Join the waitlist for the next round here About the Class: Those first weeks with your baby are full of wonder… and a lot of “Am I doing this right?” This class is designed to take the guesswork out of newborn play. Led by our founder, pediatric physical therapist, and mom, Dr. Suma Metla, this six-week program will guide you through exactly what newborn play should look like, including baby massage, tummy time, sidelying, and floor play, and how to use simple toys and everyday interactions to support your baby’s development. You’ll learn how to engage with your newborn in ways that feel natural, meaningful, and developmentally powerful. But this class is about more than milestones. It’s about community. A space to meet other new parents, share the early days together, ask questions, laugh, and feel supported as you navigate life with your newest little duck. Each baby can be accompanied by two adults. Please bring a blanket to lay on for your comfort! Learn more about our health and safety protocols. Location: Three Little Ducks (1580 Makaloa St. Suite 920) Refunds: Please send us an email no later than 7 days before the first class if you want a refund on the full series.
