Reversible Japanese hanhaba obi - red and white with swallows

An obi in contrasting colors and cute accents. Hanhaba obi is a more casual obi, originally half the width of a fukuro obi. Often worn with a casual summer yukata. The top fabric is in a deep red shade with an embroidered decoration in two spots. Black and white swallows stand out on a slightly textured background. The reverse is white, with thin ribbed pattern. Length ca 410cm, width 16.5cm. Please note, this is a vintage item. It is in good condition, but some minuscule flaws, such as some discoloration of the fabric, a slightly pulled thread, or some wrinkles, might be present.
